With reference to siding attachment while using ASCE 7-10, should somebody use the ultimate pressures or convert to ASD pressure?

Pressures used for design within the WFCM for sheathing and siding attachment are the allowable stress design (ASD) pressures. The ASD pressures are used with ASD resistance values for sheathing and fasteners. However, a design can be accomplished using strength design procedures (i.e. strength design wind pressures for the loads and strength design values for the resistance).
