Updating your Design Professional Membership information is easy:
1. Type in the form fields right on the screen of the Information Update Form found here . Use the TAB key to jump between form fields.

2. Print the completed form and sign it.
3. Mail / fax the printed form to AF&PA/AWC using the contact information on the bottom of the form.
