Applying for Design Professional Membership is easy:

1. Type in the form fields of the application form (Word or PDF). [Building Officials use this Form.]
2. Select your method of payment, filling in the required credit card info if paying by card.
3. If you are RENEWING your existing membership, use this form (Word).

3. Print the completed form and sign it.
4. Mail / fax the printed form to AWC using the contact information on the bottom of the form.
5. Don't forget to include your check for the membership fee, if you're paying by check. Please do not send cash.

3. SAVE the completed form on your computer.
4. Email the saved form as an attachment to: AWC Member Relations
